• Bins are not to be filled above the rim. If the bin is overfilled, we retain the right to remove items to make it safe and legal to transport. Any items removed will be placed next to the bin.
• If any materials have not been quoted for disposal (i.e. building materials in a general waste bin), an excess to load charge will apply.
• Any unsuccessful attempts at either delivery or a collection of a bin where the reason is outside of Cheap Skip Bins control will incur a fee of $50 per delivery or collection attempt. This includes parked cars blocking access to the bin, a change of collection date not advised 24 hrs prior.
• If a customer has a change of mind to upgrade or change the bin size that has been delivered, a minimum charge of $50 will apply on top of any bin cost.
• Bins are not to be moved from the drop off position for any reason. Our drivers will place the bin in the safest spot in his professional opinion to facilitate easy removal. If the bin has been moved, we may need to drag it back and thus cause damage to lawns, vehicles, or other structures for which we will not be liable.
• Bins will not be placed on the street or council strip with a footpath. A heavy vehicle retrieval cost will apply if a driver is asked to place a bin on wet/soft ground against his advice and the truck gets bogged.
